Commitment to the Community

Building a Better Madera, Together.

We are committed to protecting vital community resources and institutions while building an economic engine for growth and prosperity. Our commitment begins with voluntary contributions to Madera County, the City of Madera and the Madera Irrigation District of more than $100 million dollars over a 20-year period to improve the lives of residents and mitigate possible impacts of the proposed development

In addition, we have partnered, promoted and participated in many community related events and spoken at and supported dozens of charities and service organizations that serve the needs of all citizens of the region. Some of our contributions have supported:

FMC FoodTech Scholarships - Friends of Madera Animal Shelter - Latinas Unidas, Madera - Madera Police Department Community Outreach Program - Madera Rescue - Madera Rotary Club - Morris A. Lee Athletic Association, Tollhouse - North Fork Boosters Club/Loggers Jamboree - Sanger High School, Sanger - Sierra High School, Tollhouse - The Justin Woods Foundation - Yosemite High School, Oakhurst

This extensive outreach to inform and engage the public about the details of our project has resulted in an extraordinary number of endorsements as well as extensive local business and community support.

We will continue to work with regional governments, community leaders, businesses and industries, non-profits and service providers, labor unions, workforce development and educational resources, land use and infrastructure experts, environmentalists and others in a common goal – to advance our community's quality of life.
