The North Fork Rancheria project is a proposed multi-function entertainment destination resort that will expand the existing entertainment marketplace and spark a regional synergy that will benefit local hotels, businesses and casino facilities. The entertainment facility envisioned by the Tribe will include a hotel and spa, restaurants, gift shops, tourist information, casino-style gaming and entertainment lounges among other amenities.
A Regional Anchor Development
The project will mean more jobs, more investment and more opportunity for the people of Madera County, an area with an unemployment rate consistently and significantly higher than the state average and with an agriculture-based economy in need of diversification.
It will also allow the Tribe to better meet the housing, medical and cultural needs of its citizens, as well as drastically reduce debt, fund youth and employment program and provide education grants that will greatly enhance the quality of life for the Tribe’s - and local community's - next generation of citizens.
