The North Fork Rancheria currently runs three programs that benefit of tribal citizens as well as non tribal citizens and communities. These include the Indian Housing Authority, Tribal Environmental Protection Department, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

The Tribe's Economic Development program focuses on the proposed hotel and gaming resort which will provide funding for all tribal programs.
