On September 6, the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians (“Tribe”) and the Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare Counties Building and Construction Trades Council ("Council") entered into a project labor agreement ("PLA") for the construction of the Tribe’s proposed resort casino and hotel project in Madera County.
